By accessing or using TruVigil (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including founding members and beta participants.

TruVigil is an automation health monitoring platform that connects to third-party automation tools (Make, n8n, and others) via API to monitor workflow execution patterns and alert users to anomalies. The Service is currently in pre-launch / beta phase.

By joining the founding member waitlist, you are expressing interest in early access to TruVigil at a discounted rate. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a binding purchase agreement. Founding member pricing ($49/mo) will be honored for users who complete onboarding when the product launches, subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify the founding member program with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; ensuring you have the right to connect any third-party accounts to TruVigil; using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws; and not attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the platform. You must not use TruVigil to monitor workflows that process data in violation of applicable privacy laws.

TruVigil connects to Make, n8n, and other platforms via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. TruVigil is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Make, n8n, or any other third-party platform we integrate with.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all workflow failures will be detected. TruVigil is a monitoring aid, not a guarantee of uptime or workflow reliability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruVigil and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruVigil and its founders from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where practicable. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
