Privacy Policy

1. Overview

TruVigil (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is an automation health monitoring service. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using TruVigil, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

When you sign up as a founding member or create an account, we collect your email address. We do not collect payment information at this stage.

2.2 Integration credentials

To monitor your workflows, you provide API tokens for Make and/or n8n. These credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption and are never logged, displayed in plaintext, or shared with third parties.

2.3 Workflow execution metadata

TruVigil accesses execution-level metadata from your connected platforms: timestamps, status codes, execution durations, and operation counts. We do not access, store, or process the payload data (inputs or outputs) of your workflows.

2.4 Usage data

We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used solely for security, debugging, and improving the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide and operate the TruVigil service; send you alerts and notifications about your monitored workflows; communicate product updates, onboarding information, and service announcements; improve and debug the platform; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Workflow execution metadata is retained for up to 90 days to support anomaly detection baselines and historical reporting. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you promptly in the event of a breach that affects your data.

6. Third-Party Services

TruVigil uses the following third-party services to operate:

Hosting and infrastructure (Manus)
Transactional email (Resend)
Payment processing, when applicable (Stripe)

Each provider has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

TruVigil is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
